We're Going To Be Friends

Joe's first bud (as in a buddy that is purely his and not the sibling of one of his sibling's friends):

It's quite nice actually that we know someone pretty much exactly his age.  And Scottish too!  Well, half Scottish, also half Spanish, and with half the same surname as Small Fry.  Small World too.
