So we have the sparklers this year (thanks to a friends leftovers from 4th July), but no Don, so I'm thinking we'll just postpone my favourite celebration, Guy Fawkes Night, by a week. I mean no one will really know, will they?!
Boo, poor you. Bonfire bangers and mash, bonfire fruit salad and firework cakes. Burning your small child's hand on the end of a sparkler as you stand in the freezing cold and pitch black of the garden. Watching the fireworks bang all around from out you top story window. Some traditions are just too good. Missed you friend x
