Swim 500 yards + bike 13.7 miles + run 3.1 miles = 1 sprint triathlon. All over in 1 hour and 38 minutes. And it looked a lot harder than it sounds, even at 07:51:30 when it was already 30 degrees C.

but doesn't one more make FIVE?; ie if your long-suffering, poor (or at very least increasingly impoverished) Hubby is not to be eternally excluded?! ... or is Scott destined to be simply 'an also ran'??!
